Arctic Wolf, a security operations center-as-a-service (SOCaaS) and managed detection and response (MDR) provider, has added Authorized and Wolf Pack tiers to its channel partner program.
The program provides Authorized partners with various benefits:
- Access to Arctic Wolf's partner portal, training courses, co-branded collateral, campaign kits and enablement and demand resources
- Opportunity support
- Deal registration
- Internal purchase discounts
Meanwhile, the program provides Wolf Pack partners with the following:
- Access to a channel account management team and executive leadership
- Quarterly business reviews
- Invitations to exclusive training summits
- Priority access to marketing support
- Concierge demand programs
MSP and solution providers can qualify for both tiers, Arctic Wolf said.
Arctic Wolf delivers its products exclusively through the channel. It offers a partner program that lets MSPs and solution providers use its security operations platform to generate recurring revenue.
MSPs and solution providers can use Arctic Wolf's security operations platform to collect, enrich and analyze security data at scale, the company noted. The platform processes over 165 billion events per day and combines them with threat intelligence and risk context to help channel partners speed up threat detection, simplify incident response and eliminate alert fatigue.
Introducing Arctic Wolf's Managed Security Awareness Cyber Resilience Solution
Arctic Wolf's channel partner program updates come after the company in May 2021 released the Managed Security Awareness cyber resilience solution.
Organizations can use Managed Security Awareness to conduct training and phishing simulations to teach their employees about social engineering, phishing attacks and credential theft, Arctic Wolf said. Managed Security Awareness also provides insights to help employees identify and stop cyberattacks.
Arctic Wolf delivers security operations as a concierge service, along with MDR, Managed Risk and other security operations solutions. The company had a business valuation of $1.3 billion as of October 2020.
