Securonix has launched a global MSSP program that enables service providers to incorporate the company's Next-Gen security information and event management (SIEM) platform into their portfolios.
The Securonix program offers a variety of features, including:
- Threat detection and response with machine learning-based behavior analytics.
- Fully managed software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform.
- Flat pricing option.
- Support for data masking and European Union (EU) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) privacy requirements.
The Securonix Next-Gen SIEM platform delivers advanced threat detection and response with built-in user and entity behavior analytics (UEBA) and security orchestration, automation and response (SOAR) capabilities. It collects data in real-time, uses machine learning algorithms to detect cyber threats and provides artificial intelligence-based security incident response.
Securonix Talent, Growth
Secureonix has also been business on the talent and growth fronts
Securonix in October named Dave Colesante as its COO to oversee its cloud offering, business operations and finance functions. Colesante also supports Securonix's customer success, product management and product delivery teams. He previously served as CTO and COO at AlertLogic.
Colesante arrives amid rapid growth at the SIEM company. Securonix recorded 150 percent bookings growth and 195 percent subscription revenue growth year over year in the first half of 2018. It also reported a 98 percent customer retention rate during that period. Actual revenue and profit figures were not disclosed.
Meanwhile, next-gen SIEM market revenues are projected to reach $6.75 billion by 2023, industry analyst Research and Markets stated. As such, the number of MSSPs to offer next-gen SIEM services may increase accordingly.
Still, the market is highly fragmented. Dozens of SOC as a Service and SIEM companies now promote on-premises and on-demand cyber automation solutions to MSPs and MSSPs.
