Malwarebytes has announced the Malwarebytes Remediation for CrowdStrike solution to help security operations centers (SOCs) identify and mitigate endpoint attacks, according to a prepared statement.
Built on CrowdStrike's Falcon endpoint protection platform, Malwarebytes Remediation for CrowdStrike provides built-in intelligence and automation to help SOCs handle security alerts and cyberattacks. It leverages the Malwarebytes Linking Engine to find and remove linked artifacts and Malwarebytes Remediation Engine for automated remediation of detected infections and unwanted programs.
How Can SOCs Use Malwarebytes Remediation for CrowdStrike?
SOCs can use Malwarebytes Remediation for CrowdStrike to detect and mitigate a variety of cyber threats, including:
- Malware
- Exploits
- Ransomware
- Adware
- Potentially unwanted programs (PUPs)
- Potentially unwanted modifications (PUMs)
Malwarebytes Remediation for CrowdStrike empowers SOCs to quickly neutralize cyberattacks, Malwarebytes CEO Marcin Klecynski said. In doing so, Malwarebytes Remediation for CrowdStrike allows SOCs to minimize downtime and stop cyberattacks before they cause data breaches.
Introducing Malwarebytes Endpoint Security Solutions for Servers
Malwarebytes Remediation for CrowdStrike comes after Malwarebytes in April 2020 unveiled two endpoint security solutions for servers: Endpoint Detection and Response for Servers and Endpoint Protection for Servers.
Endpoint Detection and Response for Servers helps organizations protect their data against cyberattacks and keep their servers online and operational, Malwarebytes said. Comparatively, Endpoint Protection for Servers provides malware protection and remediation for server infrastructure via a cloud console.
Malwarebytes delivers security solutions that protect more than 60,000 businesses and millions of people worldwide. It also offers the MSP Premier Partner Program (MP3), which enables MSPs to integrate Malwarebytes endpoint security capabilities into their portfolios and provides access to a partner portal, technical training and various on-demand resources.
