Acronis has integrated a vulnerability assessment tool into its True Image 2021 cyber protection solution, according to a prepared statement. It also has updated True Image's antiransomware engine, which has earned VB100 certification by returning a 99.9 percent detection rate with zero false-positives in independent lab tests.
True Image 2021 now enables end-users to scan their operating system and applications for open vulnerabilities that malware attacks can exploit, Acronis stated. In addition, True Image offers recommendations to help users close these security gaps.
The new vulnerability tool and updated antiransomware engine are both included in all editions of True Image 2021.
