Alert Logic MDR Cybersecurity Gains Managed Dashboards

Alert Logic has integrated Managed Account Dashboards into its managed detection and response (MDR) cybersecurity platform. The dashboards provide a visual depiction of an Alert Logic partner's managed accounts, according to the company.

In addition, Alert Logic has unveiled a centralized repository for its MDR platform. The repository displays configurable, third-party platform integrations to help security teams stay up to date on log sources and security incidents, Alert Logic indicated.

Alert Logic MDR also is now certified by the Center of Internet Security (CIS) for the Microsoft Azure Foundations Benchmark. This ensures that organizations can use the platform to assess their Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments against the CIS Benchmark, identify misconfigurations and receive step-by-step remediation guidance, Alert Logic noted.

A Closer Look at Alert Logic MDR

Alert Logic MDR analyzes network traffic and more than 60 billion log messages each day, the company stated. In doing so, the platform provides asset visibility and security analytics for networks, applications and endpoints in on-premises, hybrid and cloud environments.

Also, Alert Logic MDR offers real-time access to information on risk, vulnerabilities, remediation activities, configuration exposures and compliance status, the company noted. This ensures organizations can use the platform to gain insights into their risk of exposure and exploitation and manage their response to security incidents accordingly.

Alert Logic Partners Incorporate MDR Into Their Portfolios

Along with its MDR platform enhancements, Alert Logic recently has announced that several partners have integrated its MDR platform into their offerings, including:

  • phoenixNAPUses Alert Logic MDR in combination with its Data Security Cloud platform.
  • InvoltaOffers a global security monitoring and response solution built on Alert Logic MDR.
  • AptumProvides Alert Logic MDR in Canada.
