BitDam Launches Free Email Penetration Testing Tool

BitDam, an Israeli cybersecurity solutions provider, has released a free email security penetration testing tool.

Organizations can use BitDam's email security penetration testing tool to perform a controlled assessment that includes a series of file-based cyberattacks. Then, any emails that reach the determined test inbox indicate a cybersecurity point of failure.

BitDam's email security penetration testing tool also offers evaluation results to highlight the strengths and weaknesses of an organization's security solutions. In doing so, the tool helps organizations analyze their security posture and explore ways to bolster their cybersecurity strategies.

The BitDam email security penetration testing tool is now available.

What Does BitDam's Email Security Penetration Testing Tool Mean for MSSPs?

MSSPs can use BitDam's email security penetration testing tool to help organizations evaluate their security posture. That way, MSSPs can further support organizations that want to eliminate the risks associated with email-based cyberattacks.

In addition to BitDam's email security penetration testing tool, MSSPs can leverage KnowBe4's Phishing Reply Test (PRT) to protect organizations against email-based cyberattacks.

PRT, released this month, is a web-based tool designed to help organizations determine if their employees will respond to phishing emails, according to KnowBe4. It allows an organization to select and send an email template to employees and phish for responses.
