Dome9, a cloud network security, compliance and governance solutions provider, has added a General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Readiness Bundle to its public cloud compliance engine.
Now, the Dome9 Compliance Engine enables organizations to determine whether their public cloud environments comply with GDPR, according to a prepared statement.
The GDPR Readiness Bundle helps organizations prepare for GDPR, which takes effect May 25. It accelerates the time it takes to comply with GDPR, Dome9 said, and ensures organizations can quickly assess the compliance posture of their public cloud environments.
In addition, the GDPR Readiness Bundle offers continuous monitoring for compliance with GDPR requirements, Dome9 stated. It enables organizations to use the Dome9 Compliance Engine to identify and resolve cyber risks and gaps, enforce compliance requirements and verify compliance in audits.
The GDPR Readiness Bundle is now available and is free to existing customers of the Dome9 compliance module under the company's Enterprise plan.

The Dome9 Compliance Engine provides visualization, control and active cloud protection capabilities to help organizations manage compliance in their public cloud environments, according to the company.

- Governance Specification Language (GSL) to create custom security policies.

- Compliance test suites for frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, HIPAA and PCI.
The Dome9 Compliance Engine delivers end-to-end compliance management with automated data aggregation and in-place remediation for public cloud environments, the company said. It also simplifies the compliance process and cuts the time to compliance by up to 80 percent.
