Herjavec Group has acquired Securience, an IT security consulting firm with identity and access management (IAM) expertise. The buyer is a Top 200 MSSP led by CEO Robert Herjavec, the angel investor who appears on Shark Tank. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Securience's IAM expertise spans such platforms as SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, RSA Security, Beyond Trust, Remediant, CA Technologies and SecZetta. The acquired business has IAM experts in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and India, the companies say.

In a prepared statement about the deal, CEO Robert Herjavec said:
