Private equity firm Livingbridge has invested in Quorum Cyber, a UK-based MSSP (managed security services provider) and MDR (managed detection and response) company that partners closely with Microsoft.
The investment supports Quorum Cyber's vision to become one of the top Microsoft Security partners worldwide, CEO Federico Charosky asserted.
The investment includes growth capital to help Quorum Cyber accelerate its growth, according to Livingbridge. It also will help Quorum Cyber enhance its solutions and sales and marketing functions.
What Is Quorum Cyber?
Quorum Cyber is a Microsoft Gold Partner and Microsoft Intelligent Security Association (MISA) member -- which is an ecosystem of MSSPs and ISVs that work together on cybersecurity.

Meanwhile, the Quorum Cyber investment builds on Livingbridge's track record in the cybersecurity space. To date, Livingbridge's cybersecurity investments include Adarma, a Top 250 MSSP, and email and DNS security company TitanHQ.
