CS Group supports Sopra Steria's expansion into the global cybersecurity market, the companies said. It provides Sopra Steria with more than 200 cybersecurity experts and could help the company further extend its market reach.
Furthermore, Sopra Steria expects the CS Group acquisition to boost its earnings per share by 1% in 2023 and 4% in 2024, the company stated. Sopra Steria also anticipates that the acquisition will help the company boost its revenues by more than €13 million (approximately $13.2 million) annually.
