Deep Instinct is aggressively expanding its channel leadership to engage partners and MSSPs (managed security services providers).
The key moves include hiring such Palo Alto Networks, Okta and SecurityScorecard veterans as:
- Mike Saletta as area VP of Americas Channels;
- Joe Santamorena as area VP of Global MSSP Programs; and
- Phanneth Wood as director of global distribution.
In a prepared statement about the appointments, Brian Feeney, VP of global channels and alliances, said:
“We are thrilled to be adding three well-known, industry-proven channel leaders to our team. I’m looking forward to what Phanneth, Mike, and Joe bring to the table when it comes to growing distribution scale, building strong partner engagement and loyalty, and also managed services expertise as we continue to expand partner services opportunities.”
Deep Instinct has raised $200 million in funding as of April 2021. The company develops a multi-layered protection platform that major MSSPs and MSPs have embraced.
Key adopters include Netsurion, which integrated Deep Instinct’s threat prevention capabilities into its security information and event management (SIEM) platform in 2020.
