Ransomware attacked Honda Motor's technology network on June 8. Amid the attack on certain Honda servers, production in some manufacturing plants in Ohio, Turkey, India and Brazil remained suspended on June 9, Reuters reports.

Honda did not disclose the specific type of ransomware involved in the cyberattack.

Honda said there’s no indication of an information breach and the impact on business will be minimal, the report says.
