Xalient has purchased Integral Partners LLC to enhance its managed services capabilities, according to a prepared statement.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

This is technology M&A deal number 234 that MSSP Alert and sister site ChannelE2E have covered so far in 2023.

Xalient, founded in 2015, is based in Leeds, England. The company has 178 employees listed on LinkedIn. Xalient's areas of expertise include artificial intelligence and analytics, network-as-a-service (NaaS) and secure access service edge (SASE).

Integral, founded in 2013, is based in Boulder, Colorado. The company has 56 employees listed on LinkedIn. Integral specializes in IAM.

Xalient Adds Digital Identity Capabilities

Integral provides Xalient with digital identity consulting and advisory support, the companies said. Xalient will use Integral's digital identity capabilities to help the businesses' joint customers incorporate zero trust protection into their cloud operations.

In addition, the Integral acquisition extends Xalient's reach in North America, the companies indicated. It also supports Xalient's commitment to expand globally.

Xalient Offers Zero Trust Solutions That Drive Digital Transformation

Organizations can use the Xalient Zero Trust Framework to secure their applications, devices and users, the company said. This framework helps organizations address networking and security challenges and capitalize on a cloud-first strategy.

Along with its Zero Trust Framework, Xalient provides the following managed services:

  • NaaS allows organizations to add new network users, increase network bandwidth or upgrade network hardware without on-premises infrastructure.
  • SASE combines firewall, web filtering, threat detection and response and other security technologies into a single solution to protect organizations against cyber threats.
  • Security operations center (SOC) enables organizations to monitor and protect their networks 24/7.

Xalient also offers consultancy, deployment and other professional services.

Cybersecurity Companies Partner with Xalient

Xalient has strategic partnerships in place with Arctic Wolf, Palo Alto Networks and several other cybersecurity companies.

Meanwhile, Xalient currently does not offer a partner program for MSSPs and MSPs. However, the company may look to develop and launch a channel partner program in the future.
