Logically, which supports 1,750 customers, has been active in the M&A market. Recent acquisitions include Network Support Co (NSC) and NG2 in 2021, and Personal Computer Resources (PCR) in December of 2020. Logically, an MSP, plans to acquire additional MSPs as part of a nationwide business expansion.
