Millennia Technologies and Fusion IT have merged. The deal unites a UCaaS (unified communications as a service) consulting firm with a managed security services provider (MSSP). Financial terms of the merger were not disclosed.

Millennia Technologies, based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, has 29 employees listed on LinkedIn. The company specializes in Business Voice, Call Center, Internet and SD-WAN technologies. Key technology partnerships include RingCentral, Nextiva, 8x8 and Fuze.
Millennia and Fusion IT partnered ahead of the M&A deal, working on several projects in 2019, the companies say.
Key areas of focus going forward include CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) compliance services for current and future clients, the companies say.
