Integris, an MSP backed by Chicago-based private equity firm Frontenac, has acquired Blue Jean Networks and Security7Networks in separate transactions. Financial terms of the acquisitions were not disclosed.

FOCUS Investment Banking’s Managed Service Provider (MSP) Team, served as the catalyst for Integris’ acquisition of Security7, and exclusive financial advisor to Security7. Previously FOCUS also served as the exclusive financial advisor to Integris in its ‘Platform’ transaction with Frontenac in 2020.

Integris Eyes "National MSP Platform"
The Blue Jean Networks and Security7Networks acquisitions support Integris' mission to "build a national MSP platform," according to the company. With the acquisitions, Integris now has offices in the following states:

Blue Jean Networks provides Integris with access to Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) experts, the companies said. In doing so, Blue Jean Networks extends Integris' reach in the CMMC market.
Security7Networks "brings new and expanded cybersecurity practices" to Integris, the companies indicated. It helps Integris bolster its CISO-as-a-service (CISOaas) and virtual CISO (vCISO) capabilities.
Integris Acquires Iconic IT
The Blue Jean Networks and Security7Networks acquisitions come after Integris in January 2022 purchased Iconic IT, which provides IT support services, fully managed or co-managed IT support, cybersecurity and cloud solutions to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). Integris and Iconic IT together form one of the largest SMB-focused MSPs in the United States, the companies stated.
Integris offers endpoint security, web filtering and other cybersecurity services, along with managed IT, cloud, IT consulting and network connectivity services. It provides these services to more than 1,200 organizations across the United States.
