MSP Node4 Acquires MSSP ThreeTwoFour, Bolsters Cybersecurity Offerings

Node4 has purchased ThreeTwoFour as it looks to enhance its security and transformation capabilities.

ThreeTwoFour will function as a consultative arm of Node4's security practice, the companies said in a prepared statement.

This is technology M&A deal number 187 that MSSP Alert and sister site ChannelE2E have covered so far in 2023.

Node4, founded in 2004, is based in Derby, U.K. The company has 390 employees listed on LinkedIn. Node4's areas of expertise include cloud managed services and digital transformation.

ThreeTwoFour, founded in 2019, is based in London, U.K. The company has 23 employees listed on LinkedIn. ThreeTwoFour's areas of expertise include information security and technology risk management.

Node4 Extends Reach in Finance and Banking Sector

ThreeTwoFour brings experience across the financial services sector to Node4, the companies stated. It also has expertise in M&A cyber due diligence to strengthen Node4's solutions and services portfolio.

ThreeTwoFour ensures that Node4 is better equipped to meet the increasing requirements in the public and government sectors, the companies noted. It offers various cybersecurity capabilities that Node4 can use to bolster its offerings, such as:

  • Data loss prevention (DLP)
  • Identity and access management (IAM)
  • Privileged access control
  • Security architecture
  • Security operations
  • Vulnerability management
