MSSP Market News: Sophos Launches New Customer Success Program

Today’s MSSP Alert Market News:

1. Sophos Debuts Channel Partner Program: Sophos, a managed detection and response (MDR) provider, has launched its Sophos Customer Success program. The new program features a team of experts who support customers throughout their post-sales experience with ongoing security resources and alerts, webinars and other educational information about cyberattacks. Sophos Customer Success also provides guidance on how organizations can maximize their current investment and expand their strategic defenses with other layers of Sophos’ portfolio solutions. Sophos Customer Success experts work with channel partners and MSPs, enhancing support services already available to customers, the company said.

2. Cynomi, Cavelo Strike Cyber Pact: Cynomi, a vCISO platform provider for MSPs and MSSPs, has entered into a strategic partnership with attack surface management technology provider Cavelo. The two companies are offering an API that cross-references Cavelo’s scan results with content and logic from Cynomi to gain insight and automate processes, including vulnerability management, continuous assessment of certain security domains, sensitive data discovery and asset management.

3. USX Cyber, Critical IT Solutions Collaborating: USX Cyber, a specialist in advanced cybersecurity solutions, is partnering with Critical IT Solutions (CITS), an IT services company. The partnership provides small businesses across the United States with enhanced cybersecurity services, reduced operational costs and improved client satisfaction. CITS can now leverage USX Cyber's GUARDIENT XDR platform, which offers enterprise-grade cybersecurity on a single pane of glass, the companies said.

4. Zimperium, Okta Deliver Device Security: Zimperium, a mobile security specialist, is collaborating with Okta, a provider of identity threat protection for mobile devices. By integrating Zimperium Mobile Threat Defense (MTD) with Okta Identity Threat Protection, the companies are providing continuous risk monitoring and enabling automated threat response. This integration helps detect threats by continuously assessing and sharing mobile devices' threat and risk posture to enable shared customers to take action in real-time when a threat is detected automatically, the companies said.

5. Stellar Cyber Supports Cloud Migration: Stellar Cyber, a member of Oracle Partner Network (OPN), announced that Legacy Data Access (LDA), which reduces the risk and costs of healthcare data management, has leveraged Stellar Cyber’s platform to help ensure data security in the migration of its cloud environment to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Stellar Cyber offers a SecOps platform powered by Open XDR technology for organizations using OCI that leverages AI to detect and neutralize cyberattacks, the company said.

6. Conversant Group Charts Growth: Conversant Group, a provider of "secure first" infrastructure and cybersecurity services, has announced its inclusion in the 2024 Inc. 5000, the annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. This is the eighth year Conversant has been recognized on Inc.'s list.

7. Syncro Adds AI Smart Ticket Solution: Syncro, a B2B SaaS company serving the MSP and IT markets, has announced the commercial availability of its AI-powered Smart Ticket Management solution. Integrated seamlessly into its existing platform, this advanced system is purpose-built to enhance MSPs’ and IT professionals' efficiency in resolving tickets, significantly reducing the time and effort required, the company said.

8. Malwarebytes Releases Security Solution: Malwarebytes has brought to market the next generation of its security protection unified on a single platform across desktop and mobile products. At the heart of the new platform is an all-in-one dashboard, which includes an assessment score and guidance that empowers people to take control of securing their digital identities, the company said.

9. Versa and Carahsoft Partnership Defends Public Sector: Versa Networks, a secure access service edge (SASE) provider, and Carahsoft Technology Corp., a government IT solutions company, have announced a partnership. Carahsoft will serve as Versa’s public sector distributor, making its VersaONE Universal SASE platform available through Carahsoft’s reseller partners.

10. Coretelligent Becomes Secureworks MSSP Partner: Coretelligent, a provider of IT and technology solutions, has joined the Secureworks Global MSSP Partner Program to enhance its cybersecurity offerings. This partnership enables Coretelligent to scale its capabilities, providing customers with advanced threat prevention, detection and response through the AI-powered Secureworks Taegis XDR platform, the company said.
