Perch Security, which develops a co-managed threat detection and response platform for MSPs, continues to round out its software integrations with business automation and IT monitoring tools.
Indeed, Perch now integrates with Datto Autotask PSA (Professional Services Automation. The result: MSPs can use Perch and Datto Autotask PSA to manage threat activity for all of their clients via a single-pane view, the company stated. They also can leverage Perch's security operations center (SOC) with Datto Autotask PSA to track threat, network and log activity across customer environments, Perch added.
Perch also today confirmed an integration with ServiceNow, the increasingly popular IT service management (ITSM) platform for enterprise and mid-market customers.
Perch Security: More Integrations, Threat Monitoring for RMM Software
Perch Security has been busy developing integrations with MSP and business automation software platforms. Additional integrations of note include ConnectWise Manage, Salesforce and Freshdesk ticketing platforms.
Meanwhile, Perch has also been taking steps to help MSPs protect their RMM (remote monitoring and management) software platforms from hackers, ransomware attacks and other types of threats.
With those goals in mind, Perch in June launched threat monitoring services for ConnectWise Automate. The service can identify compromised end-users and computers, unauthorized activity and other security issues, the company noted. Additional RMM platform support is planned.
A Closer Look at Perch's Platform for MSPs
Perch offers a security information and event management (SIEM) and an SOC for MSPs without an annual contract, the company stated. By partnering with Perch, MSPs can use the company's platform to:
- Analyze threat indicators across customer environments.
- Protect customers against account takeovers, business email compromise (BEC) and other cyberattack that extend beyond your network traffic.
- Ingest and automate threat intelligence feeds.
