Managed network security services provider LevelBlue has launched a new partner program aimed at helping MSPs and MSSPs overcome the most common roadblocks to scaling their cybersecurity services. From resource limitations to the complexity of security operations, LevelBlue said the program is designed to directly address these challenges with a flexible, modern approach built for real-world conditions.

Theresa Lanowitz, chief evangelist of LevelBlue, said the LevelBlue partner program is an expansion of the company's partner services launched in October 2024. She said the program is targeting MSSPs and MSPs that want to scale and offer security services to their clients.

“MSSPs and MSPs are struggling with the same issues as their customers when attempting to grow their cybersecurity offerings. MSPs, specifically, are seeking a way to engage in fully comprehensive services for their clients. In the LevelBlue Partner Program, MSPs can easily offer security services and move to [become] an MSSP,” Lanowitz said.

At its core, Lanowitz said, the program offers a comprehensive suite of managed and unmanaged services that are easy to deploy, integrate, and scale. Partners gain access to high-demand offerings such as managed detection and response, managed vulnerability management, incident response, penetration testing, email security, and endpoint protection and are  integrated with LevelBlue’s open XDR platform, USM Anywhere.

Advanced features such as 24/7 monitoring, automation, AI, Machine Learning, built-in threat intelligence, and real-world simulations to strengthen defenses can help  MSPs and MSSPs reduce complexity, drive increased revenue for their businesses and effortlessly scale to meet the needs of their customers, Lanowitz added.

One of the most impactful features of the program is its consumption-based pricing model for email and endpoint security. This flexible approach enables partners to align costs with actual usage, eliminating waste and improving profitability. The partner program also aims to remove traditional barriers to growth—such as talent shortages, integration challenges, and budget constraints by allowing MSPs and MSSPs to diversify their cybersecurity offerings, grow revenue, and meet rising customer demands without overextending their teams.

Inside the LevelBlue Partner Program: A Quick Overview

The LevelBlue Partner Program is built to simplify cybersecurity and accelerate partner growth through a flexible, global framework, including global reach across North America, EMEA, LATAM and APAC. It is designed to meet partners wherever they are in their cybersecurity journey—whether they’re resellers, MSPs looking to expand services, or established MSSPs ready to scale.

The program also features dedicated training, technical support, and business enablement so partners can unlock new revenue streams and drive long-term growth, Lanowitz said.

The program offers a comprehensive portfolio of managed and unmanaged security services, including:

  • LevelBlue USM Anywhere (open XDR platform)
  • Managed Threat Detection and Response
  • Managed Vulnerability Scanning
  • Penetration Testing Services
  • Incident Response Retainer
  • Email Security (powered by Check Point)
  • Endpoint Security (powered by SentinelOne)
  • To support partners at different stages of cybersecurity maturity, the program is structured across three flexible tiers:

    • Core – For resellers offering foundational security services with LevelBlue’s backing
    • MSSP – An entry-level tier for partners delivering core managed security services
    • MSSP+ – An advanced tier offering enhanced support, expanded training, and greater revenue opportunities
    • This tiered model ensures that every partner, regardless of size or specialization, has a clear path to grow their cybersecurity business.

      Supporting Resellers at All Stages

Not every reseller enters the cybersecurity space with a full-fledged security practice—and the program takes that into account by taking a “start where you are” approach that allows even non-specialized resellers to deliver security services.

Partners gain access to LevelBlue’s global SOCs and NOCs, operating 24/7/365, ensuring continuous protection for their clients without the need to build out their own infrastructure. The program also provides a broad catalog of white-label services, enabling resellers to offer security solutions under their own brand. Hands-on technical enablement, training, and sales support also empower services providers and resellers to grow their businesses.

Recent program expansions include Renaissance, a distributor based in Ireland, and Mindfire Technologies, an MSSP headquartered in Dubai, UAE. These partnerships highlight LevelBlue’s commitment to driving cybersecurity innovation and accessibility in both mature and emerging markets, Lanowitz said.
