Arctic Wolf Unveils SaaS App, Public Cloud Infrastructure Monitoring -

Arctic Wolf Networks (AWN), a security operations center-as-a-service (SOCaaS) company, has added software-as-a-service (SaaS) application and public cloud infrastructure monitoring to its AWN CyberSOC service. Now, organizations can use AWN CyberSOC to simultaneously run cloud-based applications and infrastructure services and maintain compliance and security, the company asserts.

With SaaS application and public cloud infrastructure monitoring capabilities, AWN CyberSOC provides organizations with improved user visibility, security policy enforcement and protection against cyberattacks, the company indicated. These capabilities empower organizations to quickly identify cyberattacks against SaaS apps and public cloud infrastructure, AWN noted, and accelerate security incident response and remediation.

AWN CyberSOC is available for the following SaaS applications:

Box.
Google Apps.
Microsoft Office 365.
Okta.
Salesforce.
ServiceNow.

Also, AWN CyberSOC is available for Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure public cloud infrastructure.

AWN Integrates SOCaaS with ConnectWise Manage PSA

AWN this week integrated AWN CyberSOC with the ConnectWise Manage professional services automation (PSA) software, enabling managed service providers (MSPs) to automate the notification and assignment of ticketed security incidents.

The AWN CyberSOC-ConnectWise Manage integration allows MSPs to use both cybersecurity and business management services to centralize their customer management and automate their internal workflows, AWN co-founder Brian NeSmith said in a prepared statement. That way, MSPs can leverage the integration to scale their businesses and increase their profitability, NeSmith noted.

AWN CyberSOC empowers MSPs with behavioral analytics, managed detection and response (MDR) and other cybersecurity capabilities. It is backed by AWN's concierge security engineers (CSEs) who act as trusted IT security advisors and serve as extensions of an MSP's internal IT team.

In addition, AWN CyberSOC can be used in conjunction with the company's Hybrid AI system to help organizations further enhance their threat detection and response, the business said.

Hybrid AI uses AI and machine learning to help organizations detect cyberattacks and limit false positives, AWN stated. It identifies new and evolving threats in their early stages, AWN said, and helps reduce the time between threat detection and response.

To date, Hybrid AI has delivered a 10x improvement in threat detection against security incidents, AWN indicated. It also has provided a 5x reduction in false positives.
