ASGN Incorporated has acquired IndraSoft, a cybersecurity and digital transformation solutions provider to the U.S. federal government. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

IndraSoft, founded in 2004, specializes in digital transformation, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, and cyber analytics solutions. The company, based in Reston, Virginia, supports the U.S. Air Force, Army Intelligence, and the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), among other agencies.
IndraSoft's Government Cybersecurity Capabilities
IndraSoft's cybersecurity services include threat intelligence, defense, innovation, analytics and cyber operations. The operations includes monitoring and maintaining the accreditation of infrastructure, automated information systems, applications, and automated tools across various components of Defense, the company says.
IndraSoft’s team of more than 220 consultants will tuck into ASGN's ECS Missions Solutions business unit. The overall ECS business unit has more than 3,000 employees across the United States, and is the world's Top Vertical Market MSP, according to ChannelE2E.
On the buyer front, the overall ASGN business focuses on IT services in the technology, digital, creative, engineering and life sciences fields across commercial and government sectors. ASGN revenues were $1.026 billion in Q1 of 2021, up 3.6 percent compared to Q1 of 2020, ASGN announced in April 2021.
