F-Secure Unveils Usage-Based Business Model for MSP Partners

Share

Finnish cybersecurity company F-Secure has announced a usage-based business model for its security offerings, according to a prepared statement. The new model is designed to help organizations scale their cybersecurity on-demand and keep their resource usage and operating costs as low as possible.

The usage-based model enables organizations to choose between paying a monthly subscription fee based on what they use or a traditional model of annual or multi-year license commitments, F-Secure said. In doing so, the model provides flexibility for F-Secure's MSP partners and their customers.

Furthermore, the usage-based model makes it easier than ever for F-Secure's MSP partners to access security technology and expertise, Global Head of Channel Development Elena Zykova said. These partners can use F-Secure's security technology and expertise to enhance their current cybersecurity offerings or launch new ones.

How Does F-Secure Partner with MSPs?

F-Secure offers a partner program that allows MSPs to integrate its security offerings into their portfolios. That way, F-Secure's MSP partners can provide endpoint protection, detection and response, vulnerability management and other security services.

In addition, F-Secure's partner program provides MSPs with access to a wide range of tools and resources, including:

  • Technical support and services management
  • Competence development
  • Service design assistance
  • Integration support
  • Co-marketing

The partner program also allows MSPs to build security services with cloud-based solutions that communicate with each other, F-Secure indicated. This ensures that MSPs can use F-Secure's solutions to protect their customers' endpoints against current and emerging cyber threats.

F-Secure works with over 200 service providers, the company noted. These providers deliver security services to customers around the world.
