SonicWall: More Than 21,500 SecureFirst Partners Worldwide

Share

SonicWall has added 1,100 SecureFirst channel program partners since February 2020, bringing its total to more than 21,500 globally. The company also reported "record growth" across its secure mobile access (SMA) hardware, SMA virtual appliances and pooled licenses, according to a prepared statement.

In addition, SonicWall has seen a 1,766 percent increase in VPN-SSL customers quarter to date, the company noted. It has experienced a 2,348 percent increase in user licenses since February as well.

Along with its growth, SonicWall has introduced a Boundless Cybersecurity model to protect remote and mobile workforces against evolving cyberattacks. The announcement comes in the midst of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, which has led many companies to allow employees to work remotely.

Boundless Cybersecurity promotes helping mobile and remote workers address emerging security gaps, SonicWall said. The model is designed to protect these workers across their endpoints and minimize the risk of data breaches.

SonicWall Updates MSSP Partner Program

SonicWall launched a new version of its SecureFirst partner program for MSSPs and MSPs earlier this month. The updated program features licensing models and multi-tenant management capabilities designed for MSSPs and MSPs.

MSSPs and MSPs can join SecureFirst to provide SonicWall's next-generation firewalls and other cybersecurity solutions to their customers. The program offers a variety of features, including:

  • SecureFirst partner portal
  • SonicWall University learning platform
  • SonicWall training and certifications

Furthermore, SecureFirst partners receive deal registration protection, marketing and lead generation support and access to other tools and resources.
