Aeries Goes Public
On March 13, Aark Singapore Pte Ltd., and its subsidiary, Aeries Technology, announced that it had entered into a definitive agreement with Worldwide Webb Acquisition Corp. that will result in Aeries Technology becoming a publicly listed company.
