LDM Global Embraces Arctic Wolf, KnowBe4 for SOC, Anti-Phishing

LDM Global, an eDiscovery and cybersecurity consulting firm, has embraced Arctic Wolf Networks and KnowBe4 for SOC (security operations center) as a Service, anti-phishing and security awareness training.

Dig a little deeper, and LDM Global says the company is now equipped to offer:

  • Education: LDM can teach organizations about phishing and other cyberattacks and help these organizations take the necessary steps to quickly detect and address such attacks.
  • Due Diligence: LDM can perform regular vulnerability scans to help its customers identify and correct security gaps.
  • Threat Detection: LDM can leverage an SOC to provide continuous threat detection.

The company claims to have serious international reach -- supporting organizations in 40 countries. It also provides help desk support, information security implementation and management and other managed IT services.

A Closer Look at Arctic Wolf and KnowBe4

Arctic Wolf provides CyberSOC, an SOCaaS offering that combines human and machine intelligence to analyze millions of events in real-time. CyberSOC is backed by Concierge Security Engineers (CSEs) who identify cyber threats, as well as provide forensic analysis and remediation recommendations.

KnowBe4 offers a security awareness training platform used by more than 23,000 customers worldwide. The platform enables organizations to simulate phishing attacks, identify potential security issues and address these problems accordingly.

How Can MSSPs Work with Arctic Wolf and KnowBe4?

LDM is among the MSSPs to partner with Arctic Wolf and KnowBe4, and other channel partners can do the same to expand their cybersecurity offerings.

The Arctic Wolf Partner Program enables MSSPs to offer CyberSOC to their customers and work with a dedicated CSE. Meanwhile, the KnowBe4 Partner Program allows MSSPs to resell the company's security awareness training services.
