Arctic Wolf Networks, a security operations center-as-a-service (SOCaaS) platform provider with a pure channel sales model, has integrated account takeover risk detection capabilities into its Managed Risk solution. Now, organizations can leverage Managed Risk to identify corporate credential exposures to the dark web.
Managed Risk was launched in June 2019 and provides continuous vulnerability scanning and endpoint analytics. In doing so, Managed Risk helps organizations analyze cyber risks, reduce their attack surfaces and find ways to prevent cybercrimes.
In addition to account takeover risk detection, Managed Risk offers the following security capabilities:
- Asset Identification: Profiles and classifies an organization's network assets.
- Security Controls Benchmarking: Compares an organization's risk profile against global security standards and other configuration guidelines.
- Vulnerability Assessment: Identifies internal, external and host-based vulnerabilities.
Managed Risk also includes a cloud-based portal that provides visibility into an organization's real-time threat landscape across internal and external networks and endpoints.
Introducing Log Search for Arctic Wolf's MDR Service
Arctic Wolf continues to upgrade its security portfolio, and the company in June 2019 announced log search capabilities for its Managed Detection and Response (MDR) service.
The log search capabilities enable MDR users to access a repository of on-premises and cloud log data and search their log information stored within Arctic Wolf's CyberSOC SOCaaS platform, the company said. It also provides example templates for frequent searches and search results with histogram summaries to help organizations evaluate data hot spots.
Arctic Wolf provides threat hunting, alerting and reporting via its SOCaaS. Furthermore, MSSPs can partner with Arctic Wolf to integrate the company's SOCaaS into their security offerings, as well as receive support from a dedicated Arctic Wolf Concierge Security Engineer.
