CrowdStrike is offering its service provider channel partners a host of managed detection and response (MDR) services through a new platform designed specifically for them, the company said.
Under CrowdStike’s Falcon Complete for Service Providers, managed security service providers (MSSPs), managed service providers (MSPs), system integrators (SIs) and global system integrators (GSIs) can offer their customers 24x7 monitoring, proactive threat hunting, integrated threat intelligence and end-to-end remediation.
Partners will also be able to deliver the same level of protection as with CrowdStrike’s flagship Falcon Complete platform, company officials said. For example, service partners can tap into Falcon Complete’s existing team and offerings to create co-branded or white-labeled managed security services or customized services built on top of the platform.
How CrowdStrike is Helping its Partner Network
In helping partners to scale their managed security services portfolios, close skills gaps and support internal teams, CrowdStrike touts the program as its latest move to equip its partner network with enhanced value and choice for business customers of all sizes.
The services enable partners’ customers to benefit from the added capabilities, according to Daniel Bernard, CrowdStrike's chief business officer.
“Falcon Complete for Service Providers makes it easier for customers to consume the industry’s number one MDR services with added capabilities from their chosen service provider for seamless security and peace of mind," he said. "Customers have the full benefit of not only choosing their preferring provider, but also realizing the highest levels of protection against advanced threats.”
Weighing in on the service provider-specific platform, John Senn, Ernst & Young cyber managed services managing director, said, “Working with CrowdStrike’s managed security services deepens our relationship, helping EY to offer specialized, high-touch managed detection and end-to-end response capabilities to our clients, enabling them to stay ahead of sophisticated cyberthreats and derive data driven insights to improve their overall cyber threat defenses.”
