GreenPages Technology Solutions, an MSP and cloud enablement and digital transformation solutions provider, has purchased Arcas Risk Management for an undisclosed sum.
This is technology M&A deal number 51 that MSSP Alert and sister site ChannelE2E have covered so far in 2023.
GreenPages, founded in 1992, is based in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The company has 265 employees listed on LinkedIn. GreenPages' areas of expertise include security, managed IT services and cloud services.
Arcas, founded in 2020, is based in Boston, Massachusetts. The company has nine employees listed on LinkedIn. Arcas' areas of expertise include security, risk management and compliance.
GreenPages Expands Cybersecurity Practice
Arcas extends GreenPages' capabilities around incident response, risk assessments, cybersecurity programs and security operations, the companies said. It strengthens GreenPages' security services portfolio and helps the company accelerate its growth.
In addition, Arcas enables GreenPages customers to "further reduce their attack surface across their operating environments and protect corporate data against threats," GreenPages CEO Ron Dupler stated. As a result, these customers are well equipped to develop and implement zero trust protection strategies across their operations.
How GreenPages Protects Customers Against Cyberattacks
GreenPages empowers organizations to "tackle cybersecurity at the technical level ... manage cybersecurity risk at the board and executive levels," CISO Jay Pasteris told MSSP Alert. It offers a variety of cybersecurity, risk and compliance solutions, including:
- Cloud Security protects organizations' current and future cloud workloads.
- Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) consists of virtual CIO and CISO services and penetration testing and ransomware readiness programs.
- Incident Management allows organizations to build and implement incident response and disaster recovery plans so they can quickly identify and address cyberattacks.
GreenPages does not currently offer a partner program. However, the company may look to develop and launch a partner program in the future.
