Dyonyx and Single Path have merged their MSP and MSSP businesses to form Dyopath. The combined company, backed by 200 employees, offers managed IT and cybersecurity services nationwide. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Dyonyx and Single Path Merger: MSSP and MSP Background
Dyonyx of Houston, Texas, offers such IT consulting services as security assessments, IT assessments, Office 365 migration services, and more. The company's managed IT services include hosting, hybrid cloud services, ITIL-aligned service desk, managed network and security, disaster recovery, SIEM and Security as a Service.
Dyonyx was ranked as the sixth-largest cybersecurity firm in the Houston area by Houston Business Journal in August 2019.
Single Path of Lombard, Illinois provides managed IT services, managed cybersecurity solutions, and IT consulting to commercial and education clientele. Single Path has been a Cisco Partner of the Year twice, and serves more than 1,500 customers, according to the company's website.
