Netskope is partnering with Wipro and Hughes Network Systems to provide both companies' customers with its security access service edge (SASE) capabilities.
Wipro and Hughes are using Netskope's technologies to deliver new security solutions to their respective customers, according to prepared statements.
Wipro Customers Improve Security Posture
Netskope extends the capabilities of Wipro's CyberTransform and CyberShield services, the companies said. Accordingly, CyberTransform includes strategy and implementation services to help organizations "take a modern approach to security, embrace a transition to the cloud and allow internal employees, customers and external third parties to operate in virtual, digital supply chains," Wipro noted.
Meanwhile, CyberShield consists of managed services that organizations can use to protect their business operations and bolster their cyber resilience, Wipro indicated.
Netskope will deliver its Managed SASE and Managed Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) services to its global customers, the businesses stated. In doing so, Wipro customers can use Netskope's services to:
- Eliminate blind spots across their cloud services
- Protect their data against cyberattacks
- Establish and maintain consistent and secure policy controls
- Stop lateral movement across their networks
- Utilize anti-malware, sandboxing, machine learning (ML) analysis and other technologies to guard against cloud-based threats
Tony Buffomante, Wipro's senior vice president and global head of Cybersecurity and Risk Services, commented on his company's partnership with Netskope and what it means for his company's customers:
"As our clients move forward, they understand the need to have a strong cloud-based security posture that's smart enough to protect data, applications and users no matter where they are located. That's now possible through this new partnership with Netskope."
Dave Rogers, Netskope's senior vice president of Global Alliances and Channel Sales, explained how his company's partnership with Wipro can help global organizations digitally transform their operations:
"By pairing Wipro's deep cybersecurity managed services expertise with Netskope's advanced, full-stack SASE platform, this partnership will build on our shared goal of providing customers an efficient and robust integrated managed cloud security offering to secure and accelerate their digital transformation projects."
Netskope Brings Managed SASE Solution to Hughes' Customers
Hughes is offering Netskope's Managed SASE to North American small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that "want the security posture of a large enterprise at a price point that fits their budget," the companies stated.
This solution combines SD-WAN with a cloud-delivered security posture, Netstkope indicated. It also gives organizations the option to integrate with existing SD-WAN deployments using Netskope service secure edge (SSE).
Dan Rasmussen, senior vice president of Hughes' Enterprise Division, shared his thoughts on how Hughes Managed SASE helps organizations secure their data and endpoints:
"Hughes Managed SASE makes it turn-key to manage company data securely, wherever it's transmitted across a growing perimeter of endpoints that employees need to access in the office, on the road and remotely. Our cloud-first security solution meets companies where they are today with a full SASE implementation or as an add-on to an existing SD-WAN deployment with a clear path to a full-SASE solution at their own pace."
Rogers also commented on his company's partnership with Hughes:
"As organizations navigate the challenges associated with a work-from-anywhere environment, they are turning to SASE solutions to secure data and people anywhere. Our partnership is focused on helping to accelerate digital transformation and safely enable innovations such as generative AI, all while preserving network performance and business productivity."
