MSSP Pricing: Find Out How Your Company Compares

Share

How does your MSSP business stack up against the competition? To help you answer this question with quantitative data MSSP Alert is proud to announce the launch of the MSSP Benchmark Pricing Survey.

Participation is confidential and survey responses are anonymized, however insights are shared back only to each participating MSSP. Participants will learn how their IT stack, platform pricing and a la carte services compare in with peers, competitors and the rest of the MSSP market.

MSSP Alert, a leader in MSSP market news, insights and home to the MSSP 250 list, formerly kicks off this first-of-its-kind MSSP Benchmark Pricing Survey today. Our mission is to empower MSSPs with actionable insights and data to help your business thrive. Survey participants benefit and receive anonymized survey data mapping where their business fits in the larger MSSP market in three categories:

  • Standard and premium stack components
  • Pricing for standard and premium stacks
  • Add-on services and pricing

We know the business side of running an MSSP can be tough. Building a security operations center (SOC) is expensive investment and staffing it with qualified cyber pros is also costly. There are no established roadmaps or templates to follow. How should you price your MSP IT services or add-on SaaS app?

Take this MSSP Benchmark Pricing Survey and find out.

The MSSP Benchmark Pricing Survey FAQ

What is the MSSP Alert Benchmark Pricing Survey?: This confidential survey seeks to gather information about MSSP stacks and pricing so MSSPs can see how their offerings and pricing compare with the rest of the market.

What we are asking for: You share your stack components and pricing information, as well as information about the add-on services you offer. We know this is your business’s secret sauce, and we will ensure this information remains confidential. Your individual information will never be published or shared.

What you get in return: A report containing insights into the aggregate of how MSSPs are pricing services so you can see where your stack, pricing and add-on services fit in with the rest of the market. Only MSSPs who participate in this research will get this report.

Why are we doing this?: We are launching this research effort to serve our community of MSSPs and to fill a need that’s not currently being served in the market.

MSSP Alert: The #1 Trusted MSSP Resource

Because the MSSP is still evolving, it lacks some of the business intelligence and templates for success that other business models such as MSPs have had for years. For instance, MSPs have peer groups and accompanying insights that offer business help and business intelligence enabling participants to make more informed business decisions. This is by no means a peer group. But it's our effort to help providing the community of MSSPs with business intelligence that can accelerate MSSP business success.

As the home of the MSSP 250 list and research and the only media outlet dedicated to the managed security service provider market, we’re proud to invite you to participate in this new research effort designed to benefit the entire MSSP community.
