SentinelOne, an endpoint security provider that works with MSPs and MSSPs, has signed a distribution agreement with European cybersecurity solutions company and value-added distributor (VAD) Infinigate.
The Infinigate partnership is expected to help SentinelOne deliver its Singularity AI-based threat protection platform to European customers, according to Roland Stritt, SentinelOne's senior director of channel for EMEA. It also highlights SentinelOne's commitment to the European cybersecurity market.
SentinelOne had international momentum ahead of the deal. The cybersecurity software tripled its EMEA business over the past year and doubled its DACH region headcount over the past eight months, SentinelOne says.
SentinelOne Adds to Its Leadership Team
SentinelOne is also making vertical market-focused moves. For example, the company this month hired Patty Trexler as its VP of government, healthcare and education. Trexler previously held leadership roles at VMware and McAfee, and she is responsible for helping public sector organizations leverage SentinelOne's endpoint security solutions.
Also on the hiring front, SentinelOne last month named Chuck Fontana as its SVP of corporate and business development. Fontana is an Okta and Cisco Systems veteran, and he is responsible for managing SentinelOne's integration partner ecosystem and alliance strategy, creating technology partnerships and finding ways to bolster the company's sales and market reach.
SentinelOne's Singularity platform combines endpoint protection and endpoint detection and response (EDR) capabilities to help organizations secure their endpoints, Internet of Things (IoT) devices, servers, containers and cloud workloads against cyberattacks.
Key partners in the IT channel include SolarWinds MSP, which leverages SentinelOne's EDR platform for MSP and MSSP partners.
