Cyber education and training specialist ThriveDX is partnering with Exclusive Networks, a cybersecurity company specializing in digital infrastructure, to deliver training and talent opportunities to its global network of more than 25,000 partners.
The collaboration builds on Exclusive Networks' participation as a founding partner in the ThriveDX Cyber Talent Hub (CTH), according to a prepared statement. This partnership “unites forward-thinking employers and educators to build a sustainable and scalable platform to attract, retain, foster and continuously develop cyber talent.”
Advancing Cybersecurity’s Human Factor
Exclusive Networks and ThriveDX will work together to advance the state of the human factor in cybersecurity and make progress against the talent and skills shortage, the companies said. Toward that goal, Exclusive Networks will offer ThriveDX's end-to-end skills and talent solutions to its reseller community through its on-demand consumption platform.
The partnership is designed to help improve the cybersecurity posture of more than 100,000 customers globally. The two companies will also continue to work closely together on the design and rollout of the Cyber Talent Hub.

Studies Back Cyber Skills Gap
To underscore the need to upskill more people in cybersecurity, ThriveDX cited a 2022 Fortinet Cybersecurity Skills Gap study. The study revealed that 60% of organizations struggle to recruit cybersecurity talent. In addition, 52% have trouble retaining qualified employees, and 67% agree that this talent shortage creates additional risk for their organizations.
In its 2022 Global Cybersecurity Awareness Training study of more than 1,900 chief information security officers (CISOs), security leaders and IT professionals, ThriveDX found that 65% felt cybersecurity awareness programs need to expand. Also, 87% agreed that combating reducing risk required a combination of informed employees and technology.
