1. Arctic Wolf's Next Move?: Security operations platform provider Arctic Wolf is seeking to raise roughly $300 million in convertible debt while waiting for more favorable conditions in the IPO (initial public offering) market, a report indicated.

2. Palo Alto Networks vs. SIEM: Palo Alto Networks’ new SOC (security operations center) platform — known as XSIAM — has found its first paying customer, and a broader industry rollout is planned within the next six months, Chief Product Officer Lee Klarich said.

3. Cyber Insurance Rejection?: Amid rising cyber insurance rates and mixed outcomes, major software firms and retailers have either nixed or are considering ditching cyber insurance, The Information reports.
