VC3, a managed service provider (MSP) in the financial services and government markets, has purchased GO Concepts, which provides managed IT services, business continuity and cybersecurity and cloud solutions to similar sectors.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
This is technology M&A deal number 310 that MSSP Alert and sister site ChannelE2E have covered so far in 2023.
VC3, founded in 1994, is based in Columbia, South Carolina. Its areas of expertise include cybersecurity, managed services and technology enablement.
GO Concepts, founded in 1997, is based in Lebanon, Ohio. It serves the government market and also provides solutions to county boards, agencies, and independent providers for those with developmental disabilities. The MSP said it is a frequent supporter of events and fundraisers.

The acquisition of this experienced managed service provider adds a deeper Midwestern presence to VC3’s geographic footprint, the company said.

VC3 Acquires Wellteck IT
In August, VC3 acquired Wellteck IT to extend its reach across North America. Wellteck, founded in 2014, is based in Midland, Texas. Wellteck's areas of expertise include cybersecurity, managed services and IT consulting.
