NetWitness, a threat detection and response platform prover, and managed services specialist SDG have formed a partnership designed to help organizations "feel confident they are ahead of the threat curve," the companies announced.
Together, NetWitness and SDG will create a "unique, comprehensive cybersecurity solution offering unparalleled protection against evolving threats," the businesses said.
NetWitness and SDG Protect Organizations in the Digital Age
The NetWitness-SDG partnership allows organizations to use their combined expertise across threat detection and response and identity, risk, compliance and cloud security, the businesses noted. These organizations can use NetWitness and SDG's technologies to deploy analytics, machine learning and behavioral analysis from a single pane of glass. That way, they can maintain visibility across their cybersecurity and compliance programs.
Meanwhile, the partnership allows organizations to "shore up defenses more effectively, better secure proprietary data and technology and safeguard government classified information," NetWitness Chief Product Officer Tod Ewasko said. This enables organizations to keep pace with cyber threats in the digital age.
The partnership enables SDG to add NetWitness' technologies to its security services offering and Cyber Defense Center, SDG CEO Ajay Gupta said. SDG's experts will also use NetWitness' threat detection capabilities to deliver managed security services and help organizations use them to strengthen their security posture.
NetWitness and DeepInspect Join Forces
The SDG partnership comes after NetWitness in September 2023 announced an integration with DeepInspect, which specializes in operational technology (OT) cybersecurity and AI. Now, organizations can use NetWitness and DeepInspect's technologies to identify, address and analyze network vulnerabilities and threats, the companies indicated.
Organizations can use the NetWitness Platform to monitor their IT infrastructure and apply threat intelligence and user behavior analytics to identify, prioritize, investigate and respond to threats, the company noted. NetWitness offers a partner program that allows MSSPs, MSPs and other technology providers to incorporate its platform's capabilities into their portfolios.
